Delivery times and methods

Shipping times:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On the same day of their registration if they are made before 3 p.m, otherwise the next day. We are committed to notifying you in the event of a delay.
Do not confuse shipping times with delivery times. We are not responsible for delivery times that depend on the carrier. If you receive a package late (as evidenced by the postmark), please contact the carrier directly, not our Customer Service Department.

Delivery times and methods:



- For metropolitan France:

We offer 3 delivery methods for metropolitan France:
- Colissimo Domicile : Delivery within 48H to your home or to the address of your choice (hand-delivered against signature).
- Colissimo Pickup : Delivery in 2 or 3 days to a nearby pickup point, which you can select on an interactive map by entering the name of the city or the postal code.
- Chronopost : Express delivery within 24H to your home or the address of your choice (including Saturdays and Sundays).

- Outside metropolitan France:

We ship worldwide. We have chosen Colissimo International International to ensure delivery outside metropolitan France.
Delivery times vary between 4 and 15 days depending on the distance between the recipient's country and France. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Reminder: If you are ordering an item from a country outside the European Union, you must ensure that the item is not subject to special regulations or prohibited in the recipient country. Due to the large number of countries we ship to, we are unable to provide information on the legal status of our products in your country. We cannot be held responsible if a package is detained by customs for these reasons.
Intimate toys or "Poppers" are banned in some non-EU countries.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a number that will allow you to track the delivery of your package at any time by connecting to the website of the carrier you have chosen.
If the package arrives damaged on delivery, please mention this by making reservations on the delivery note.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are based on the carrier's price list and are calculated according to the weight of the package and the distance to the recipient's country.
For orders of 69 euros or more, delivery is free in metropolitan France (except for the Chronopost service).
