30 days to change your mind:

Whatever your reasons, you have 30 days to change your mind.

Return policy:

Items must be returned to us undamaged, not worn or used, in their original packaging, also undamaged.

The return must be the subject of a request to our services using our contact form:
- Please include in your message the item(s) in question and the reason for your return request
- Please indicate in your message whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and if so, what type of refund you would like (see the Refund or Exchange section below)
- Please include your order number in the additional information tab. You can find this number in the email you received when you registered your order.

You will then be emailed a return label with the shipping address, which you must print out and include with your package.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of intimate toys except in special circumstances. If you have a problem with an item in these categories, please contact us. Returns and initial shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be refunded.
To avoid any disputes, we recommend that you send your return by tracking service. If your package is ever returned to us without a valid reason or without complying with the return policy, we will reship it to you at your expense.

The liability of edenlov.com cannot be engaged in the following case:
- In case of misuse, professional use, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer, as in the case of normal wear and tear of the product, accident or force majeure.

Refund or exchange:

You can choose between a refund and an exchange:
- Refund:
The price of the item(s) will be refunded in full. We will offer you a refund either by the payment method you used to place your order or through an asset. In the latter case, you will receive a coupon code for the amount of the refunded item, available in the My coupons / My assets menu. All you have to do is use this code in the shopping cart of your next order to deduct the amount from that order.
- Exchange:
You also have the option to request an exchange, but only if the item is defective, the same item will be returned to you.

We will endeavor to send you your refund or the new item as soon as possible after we receive your package.
