How do I create an account on edenlov.com?
Click on the Login icon in the main menu (at the top of the page) and in the pop-up window that appears, click on "Create an account". Fill in the information required to create your account and validate.
A welcome and confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. You will then be able to log in using either your chosen username or your email address and password.

How do I recover my password ?
In all areas that require identification, you will be able to access a "Forgot Password" link to receive an email that will allow you to create a new password.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can access your order history by logging into your account and going to the My orders page, which can be accessed by clicking on your account icon in the main menu.
Then open the order in question and click on the 'Change Order Status' tab at the bottom of the new page.
Also note that you will be automatically notified by email each time the status of your order changes.

The product I wanted to buy is out of stock, can I be kept informed of its availability?
Some products may be temporarily out of stock. If you would like to be notified when a product is back in stock, simply click the "Keep me informed" button and enter your email address. You will then be automatically notified by email.
We are usually back in stock within 10-15 days.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
Return within 30 days
