Finding the perfect size can be tricky. This sizing guide is designed to help you find the perfect size for your future underwear or sex toys.
NB: If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend you choose the larger one.
Lingerie
Step one: take your measurements..
Here are some tips on how to take your measurements correctly.
Hold the tape measure straight and measure horizontally around your chest, under your armpits and back to the point of your breasts.
Measure N°2 = Bust measurement
Measure just below the bust.
Stand with your back straight. Place the tape measure horizontally around your bust, just below the bust. Make sure it is not too tight.
Measure N°3 = Waist measurement
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your abdomen, which is usually just above your belly button. The tape should not be too tight during this step.
Measure N°4 = Hip measurement
Measure at the widest point.
The hip measurement should be taken below the iliac bones (hip bones) and include the volume of the buttocks.
Bra
The bra size depends on two variables:
- The bust measurement wich determines the length of the bra.
- The chest measurement wich determines the cup depth.
Use the tool below to find out your bra size.
So if your bust measurement is 75cm (73/77), your bra size is 90 and if your chest measurement is 82cm (81/83), your ideal cup size is C.
So your bra size is 90C.

Stockings, Tights, Jumpsuits...
To determine the size of your stockings, tights and jumpsuits, take the following measurements:
Your height in centimeters and your weight in kilograms.
Sex Toys
Some intimate toys have special dimensions to fit your anatomy. Especially for men, this applies to condoms, penis rings, pumps, masturbators, extenders and even chastity cages.
For these types of sex toys, it is important to know the size of your penis to avoid making a mistake when buying.
How do you measure it?
This question may leave you indifferent, but you should know that many men make mistakes during this step. We will guide you through the process of measuring your phallus (at rest or erect).
Important: Start by measuring your penis at rest. Doing it after an erection can distort the measurements.
Penis length:
Because of the slight curvature of the penis, you should use a tape measure rather than a ruler. You can also use a sheet, string or other flexible accessory that you mark as you take the measurement. Then measure the marked length with a standard ruler.
Place the end of the tape measure against your pubic bone (the bone you feel when you press lightly on your lower abdomen). Then unroll the tape, leaving it on the top of your penis, to the urethral meatus the hole through which urine comes out, at the end of the glans.
Remember that while the size of the erect penis varies very little, the size of the resting penis can vary depending on various conditions (such as cold). For an accurate result, measure your penis at rest under optimal conditions (not stressed/tired or ill and in a warm room).
Penis Diameter:
A word of caution. When you measure the circumference of your penis, you are not measuring its width.
To get the diameter, you need to divide the circumference by the number pi = 3,14.
Still using a tape measure, and with your penis erect, roll the tape measure flat to the point where the diameter of your penis is largest.
Beyond the usefulness of these measurements for future intimate toy purchases, we recognize that for many men penis size is a representation of masculinity and that the results obtained can have an impact on self-esteem and confidence. And while for some, the measurements obtained will be satisfying, for others they can be a source of anxiety and sometimes even complexity.
To bring pleasure, it is more important to learn to be a good sexual partner, because few men make love well, than to have extra centimeters of penis.
Also remember that a woman's vagina is only 7 to 9 cm long.
